Srinagar, January 23 (KNO) : Lashing out at political exploitation of ST people living in the State, Congress Leader Kadfeen Chowdhary Wednesday hit out at NC, PDP, BJP and others for failing to address the concerns of the ST people. In a statement issued to KNO, he said it is the Congress party alone which has taken care of urges and aspirations of every community living in the State and those who claim to be well wishers of the people are doing lip service in order to gain electoral gains. Kadfeen Chowdhary has cautioned the ST and other down trodden sections of the state about the political exploitation on the part of NC, PDP, BJP and other political forces, saying that they have always used poor sections of the state for electoral gains, but the time has changed, people have realized that these parties have been using them to serve their vested interests. He said Congress party will continue to remain steadfast to strengthen the people especially poor, down trodden, ST, Phari, OBCs and other economically weaker sections and won’t allow anyone to use them for electoral gains.(KNO)
